Delivery
Delivery from Oneofeditions is free within the United
Kingdom on all un-framed prints. Deliveries are made via ----. Please allow
ten working days for delivery of your print.
Worldwide Delivery
We offer a worldwide delivery service, when ordering please select the
country to which you wish your print to be delivered, the cost will
be added to your order.
If you are not satisfied with your print, you may
cancel the contract within seven days of reciept and return the print
in the condition it was originally sent. You must contact us prior to
returning the print and it must be returned in its original packaging.
A refund will be issued for the purchase price as soon as we receive
the item in good condition. Return delivery and insurance costs are your
responsibility.
In the event of your print being damaged in transit
you must contact us before to returning it, the print must be returned
in its original packaging.
Certificate of Authenticity
Your print will be sent to you with a certificate of authenticity, this
will be signed with an edition number by the artist. As well as any
other relevant information on the edition such as size and type of
print. We also supply a pair of cotton gloves which we advise you to
use when handling your print.
Prices
As an edition sells out the price will rise, this is an established practice
within edition publishing, at the point where an edition is seventy
five percent sold the price will increase as the last prints are purchased.
At Oneofeditions we strive to keep an accurate inventory
of our prints and the prices current but in the case of a print not
being available we will of course will give a full and prompt refund.
Prints supplied to customers outside the European
Union may be subject to the imposition of taxes, levies, duties and other
charges imposed by the government of that country to which the prints
are delivered, these amounts are your responsibility and are not included
in the price paid by you to us for those prints.
Viewing prints online
We would point out that although the photographs displayed on Oneofeditions are
depicted as accurately as possible using calibrated monitors your print
may not look identical to that seen on-line. This is because the image
on your monitor is backlit, transmited light, when viewing your print
you are looking at reflected light. There is also the possibility that
your monitor may not match ours in colour and contrast.

All the images shown on this web site remain the copyright of the individual
artists and may not be reproduced. Copyright resides with the artist
at all times.
Privacy
Any data you supply to us during your registration and or ordering process
shall be held securely and used strictly in accordance with the terms
of the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only use the information that
we collect about you lawfully. Oneofeditions may occassionally
contact you in order to present new editions. If you wish to be removed
from our database please e-mail that request to unsubscribe@oneofeditions.com.
